This mural was painted onto the shop shutter of Buzz Lockleaze community hub and café, as part of a large-scale community mural project commissioned by Bristol City Council. This design was inspired by the flora and fauna of the nearby Stoke Park Estate, with a particular focus on edible plants, and features the striking profiles of two birds once common in the area during its agricultural past: the lapwing and the skylark.
